Chives offer Café  RENTALS for all types of catered events on:

• Friday Nights
• Saturdays (morning and afternoon)
• Saturday Evenings

Group Sizes

Our Café can accommodate:

• plated dinner parties of up to 50 people
• passed appetizer parties of up to 70 people
• buffet style parties of up to 70 people

Consider renting the Café  and take advantage of our casual, outdoor venue for: birthday parties, christenings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, club meetings and more.

Rental Rates

• ADDITIONAL Hourly Rate: $100/hr
• Half Day Rate (4 hours): $340
• Full Day Rate (8 hours): $680

Deposit Required

Chives requires a $200 security deposit in order to reserve a date of rental. This deposit is fully refundable after the event if no damage is incurred or if a rental cancellation is made at least 1 full week (7 days) in advance of the event. Deposits will not be refundable for cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the scheduled event rental date.

NOTE:

• All events hosted at Chives Café must serve food provided by Chives.
• While Chives can provide alcohol for Café  Rental Events, we also permit hosts to bring their own beverage selection subject to a standard corkage fee of: $8 per person or $12 per bottle wine
• Chives Café  Rental Events can include: entertainment and decorations (provided by the event host)
