Deposits & Cancellations
Chives requires a 50% deposit on confirmed catering orders at the time of confirmation. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to the 50% order deposit amount. Final payment is required on day of the event.
